Kristianna Mitrick

Kristianna completed her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2020, where she graduated with honors. She is the 2020 regional winner of the Saul Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition and has won a Witkin Award in Trial Advocacy and two CALI Awards in Motions & Brief Writing Advocacy and Deposition Practicum.
Prior to earning her J.D., she received a B.A. in Political Science with minors in both Philosophy and Religious Studies from Sonoma State University.
During law school, Kristianna interned for the San Francisco District Attorney’s office, working in the Domestic Violence and Child Assault Sexual Assault units, where she was able to refine her legal writing and litigation abilities by writing trial briefs, appearing in court at preliminary hearings, and drafting and defending her own motions. During her time at the SF District Attorney’s Office, she represented men, women, and children who had been assaulted, battered, abused, and violated. It was through working with her clients that she learned how to handle delicate matters involving families and children with care.
Following law school, Kristianna relocated to San Jose and worked as a Post Bar Law Clerk at a local family law firm. It was during this time that she found her passion for assisting families during the most difficult times in their lives. As a child of divorce herself, Kristianna understands the impact that divorces have on families and strives to achieve the best outcome possible for her clients.
Although Kristianna has lived in many cities across the globe including San Francisco, New York, and London, she is proud to have been born and raised in Santa Clara County and is happy to call it home once again. In her free time, she is enjoys traveling with friends, reading fantasy novels, going to concerts, and attending Oakland A’s baseball games.
